Hype Technologies LLC provides copywriting services, including but not limited to custom unaware ad copy and advertorial copy. All deliverables are described on the purchase page at the time of sale. Deliverables are sent digitally as Google Docs or similar formats within the stated turnaround window.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your payment method. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase locks in the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Due to the custom, done-for-you nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you have a concern about your delivery, contact us at support@unawareads.com and we will work to make it right.
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of your completed brief. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by incomplete or missing brief information may extend delivery timelines.
Upon full payment and delivery, you own the copy we produce for you. You may use it, edit it, and publish it however you choose. Hype Technologies LLC retains the right to reference the work as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We do not guarantee specific advertising results, CPM reductions, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Copywriting is one variable among many in a paid advertising campaign. Results depend on your offer, audience, creative assets, landing page, and media buying execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hype Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
